This is a documentary about two prophets. It is told through groupings of visual footage with a narrator doing voice-overs. One prophet is Nostradamus who lived over 500 years ago, and the other is a present day prophet known by some as "The Modern Day Nostradamus," Dr. Louis Turi. These two have an unusual connection, which will be explored in this program. The question is raised, "Is there a man alive today who has made accurate prophecies again and again, as did Nostradamus…" This leads to an introduction of Dr. Turi himself.

Opening Scenes

The documentary begins with the narrator discussing Nostradamus' life. It opens with a short introduction by the narrator and goes immediately to Nostradamus himself speaking from his writings. As the narrator speaks again, we see visuals of Nostradamus as a boy, a young man, and later an older man. Some of these scenes are then explored more deeply, with Nostradamus himself talking. Taken from the writings of Nostradamus himself, Nostradamus speaks of his connection to "the stars" and about using astrology as a method of divination.

The Narrator then introduces Dr. Turi and explains his connection to Nostradamus. Dr. Turi grew up in Provence France, Nostradamus’ birthplace. He shows the teenage Turi breaking into what turns out to be (unknown to him then) Nostradamus' home, in France. It is there Turi has a mystical experience, and takes back a white rock which he keeps to this day.

Development

We then show Dr. Turi himself analyzing Nostradamus’ life according to the astrological methods Nostradamus himself may have used. Again a voice over is used. Interest is generated with more scenes from Nostradamus’ life as the meaning of each planet in his chart is then illustrated. Visuals of his marriages, his work as a doctor during the plague, his studies, his fortunate acquaintance with Queen de Medici, his prophecies, are all explained using Dr. Turi/Nostradamus’ astrological methods. It is easily explained, using a visual graphic made for this purpose showing each planet and how its properties affected the great seer’s life. The reasons for his marriages, the work he chose to do, and even why he had the incredible gift for prophecy, are all explained with the placement of planets in his birth chart.

Dr. Turi does more voice over narrative explaining the importance of the planet Pluto throughout the generations. We watch footage of the Nazis and the second world war as Pluto effects the world under Hitler’s rule, then in Leo as the "love generation" blossoms. We see visuals all the way to the present day which has Pluto in Sagittarius, the generation born to reform religion.

Dr. Turi then explains the passage occurring from the age of Pisces to the age of Aquarius. It is a rich illustrative passage, starting with the birth of Christ and then exploring both the positive and negative energies of Pisces. This is done by looking at the religious wars and also the artistic creation of Michelangelo. We arrive to the present day and explore the new technical inventions of the Aquarius age. It carries a warning of Aquarius who rules atomic weaponry, but ends with an optimistic message about mankind coming to terms with religious struggles and going forward towards a common understanding.

Conclusion

The narrative then focuses on Dr. Turi’s own past predictions. Once again, there are visuals for each prediction he has made. He quotes the words as they were written and gives the dates of the predictions. We then see the re-enactment or real footage of news events that were associated with those particular predictions. He predicts the energies in force at certain days, and we see past events such as the Kobe earthquake, church burnings, the kidnapping and death of journalist Daniel Pearl. There is a dramatic ending where he reads the forecast he had made for the September full moon of 2001, with accompanying footage of the 9-11 tragedy.

The 9-11 tragedy ties in with a controversial prediction made by Nostradamus himself in which he appears to be speaking of the 9-11 tragedy, and more footage of the events is shown. We flash back to Nostradamus at his desk, where he reads philosophical statements about life and his relationship to the divine. The narrator ends questioning the great perplexity of fate versus free will.
